It is normal and even helpful to be a little nervous during an exam. But when you are so worried that it interferes with concentration, and then it is time to do something about it.
An obvious first step would be to find ways to relax both before and during the exam. You don’t want to be too relaxed, of course. Ideally you want your mind to be highly focused but not overly tense.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Application forms can be collected from the PU college, Bangalore office or con be downloaded from our site as per the dates announced by the Department of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka (pue.kar.nic.in).
Application for admission must be in the prescribed form. Candidates, who want to apply to different combinations, must fill in separate application forms and submit the same with marks scored in class X.
The duly filled in application form must be submitted at the college office within two days of the publication of results (Karnataka State SSLC, CBSE and ICSE).
Candidates, who have studied in Karnataka, will be given preference
The provisional list of selected candidates based on the total marks scored along with admission date will be published on the college notice board.
The candidates, accompanied by parents are expected to meet the Principal for an interview on the stipulated date. As part of the admission process, both parents and wards must attend the counselling session.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must have a pass in SSLC examination (Karnataka State) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka and must satisfy all conditions set by it.
Foreign nationals and students, who have passed Class X or any other equivalent examination in foreign countries, must obtain Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka, before securing admission.
